Transaction advice concerning mergers and acquisitions is another element of AKJ Capital's activity. The Polish economy, like many others in CEE countries is highly fragmented. The consolidation of many sectors should be an intensive process in the forthcoming years. The mergers and acquisitions of companies and the sales of non-core businesses should facilitate a competitive advantage of companies in the local and international market and positively influence the owner’s value.

Our attitude to the transaction process works on the assumption that the key success factor in the transaction in the short and long term is the result of suitable preparation and correct execution which is carried out through the integration phase in full accordance to the strategy.
