Investment policy
AKJ invests in the real estate market mainly in:
- property ownership title (perpetual usufruct rights allowed)- shares in ownership title (perpetual usufruct rights allowed)
- stake in SPV – property owners
- bonds issued by SPV – property owners
- shares or stake in SPV under joint venture projects with a developer, provided that AKJ acquires more than a 50% stake in these companies
