The investment process – new investments
The investment process comprises of the following stages:
1. analysis of the market and investment possibilities – project acquisition
2. preliminary analysis of the investment project and location concluding with an initial investment valuation
3. confirmation of interest in the transaction and the signing of the letter of intent
4. property due diligence including:
6. concluding the transaction
AKJ Investments has relevant in-house experience at each and every stage of the development projects – beginning with the property selection and purchasing and concluding with the leasing or sale of the property. Each stage of the development project described below is carried out or supervised by AKJ, especially during the following phases:
